Most of the women think that to practice Karate-Do is synonymous of brutality and loss o
f femininity. This is totally erroneous, in the first instance due to wrong information
of the massive means of communication, that nobody knows the Eastern culture, on the other
hand, some unethical medical instructors are in charge to scare some occasional woman that
decides to practical Karate-Do, boasting of its physical superiority saying:
"the Karate-Do is only for men".
In the Chinese culture, Japanese, etc., something called exists: "Yin-Yan" this is
interpreted like: "the law of the opposed ones that coexist and complement between if "
, this is a natural law with which we coexisted all our life: the day and the night,
the cold and the heat, the candy and the bitter thing are some examples of this.
The Karate-Do Kyudokan is a conceived art respecting "the natural laws",
therefore it is not possible to be always hard, (as it is thought that it is Karate-Do)
also is necessary to be soft, to the strong thing the smooth thing corresponds
vice versa and. The woman who practices Karate-Do Kyudokan develops (between many other things)
to a greater physical force, without she means to lose the feminine natural attributes,
on the contrary the power, as she can be the gentleness or until the same famous
feminine intuition. Returning a little back the man and the woman are "Yin-Yan"
basic opposed but they are needed the one to the other as well, both can balance
between Yin-Yan, practicing Karate-Do Kyudokan, and thus obtain harmony. With
a basic training of two to three times per week and in a period of approximately
six months the woman who practices Karate-Do Kyudokan, experiences important changes
at physical level, obtaining a more streamlined, strong and healthful body, besides to
strengthen a complete and safe personality in front of any daily eventuality.
